EVERYONE HAS A STORY TO TELL

SHARING YOUR STORY WITH OTHERS HELPS YOU

READING YOUR STORY HELPS EVERYONE ELSE

The CMSU Mental Health Community Support Program (CSP) is putting together a booklet of personal recovery stories.  We ask that each story have the following information in it:

v    What do you want other people to know about you? (Hobbies, jobs, schooling, family, friends or whatever you think is important)

v    What words best describe you?

v    What are your dreams, goals and ambitions?

v    What have you done to help yourself feel better? What helps you to cope with your life?

v    What advice do you have for others who experience similar situations to yours?

Please keep your stories to 1- 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, one side.  Stories can be handwritten or typed.  Names are optional. Please do not use any language that others would find offensive.

When enough stories are gathered, the booklets will be published.  The booklets will be available to anyone who is interested in getting one.

Please send your stories to:
